Welcome to the

Otolo Mentoring Programme 

How it will work and next steps

Below is a summary of how the programme is structured and how we will communicate and update you over the course of the programme. If you have any specific preferences or questions, please contact us at sales@myotolo.com

  • Once you have started working with the Otolo team to launch the Mentoring Programme we ask you to begin gathering together names of mentees and mentors that you’d like to put through the programme.

  • Once we have all of the names of the cohort that you are putting through the programme, we will invite them to attend or watch either a mentee or mentor induction.

  • After mentee and mentor inductions a link will be sent to take individuals through to a self-refection survey. This survey is used as a point of ROI. We assess the mentees at month 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12.

  • Once your team have been inducted into the programme, behind the scenes we will be matching them up.
    This usually takes no longer than 5 working days. In rare instances, this can take a little longer as we like to ensure that each individual has a great match. In this scenario, it means that we need to do a little more research into the matches.

  • Our recommendation for how regularly mentoring sessions should occur is at least once a month.
    This means that the mentoring relationship can be sustained over the 12-month period and both mentee and mentor are up to date with each other.

  • All individuals enrolled in the Mentoring Programme will receive monthly emails from us at Otolo guiding them throughout the 12 months. Within these emails, there will be reflective surveys, time-logging sheets and plenty of fun and interesting resources.

  • Every three-months, you will have a full de-brief, catch-up and check-in with one of the Otolo team to discuss how the programme is going and make any adjustments required.

  • All mentees enrolled on the programme have the option to take part in three 1-hour coaching sessions that take place throughout the 12 months. These coaching sessions are hosted by our qualified Otolo coach and help them get the most out of the programme. They are really beneficial for their own personal development!
